Revenue & Energy Audit Time!

What’s Paying Me… and What’s Costing Me?

Let’s just go ahead and say the quiet part out loud: Not all revenue is good revenue.

Some of it? Is dressed up burnout in a cute outfit.

You’re busy. You’re booked. You’re “doing well.” And yet… you’re tired, a little resentful, and wondering why the money doesn’t feel as good as it should. That’s your cue.

Because this isn’t just a revenue problem, it’s an alignment problem.

Here’s the truth most people avoid, you don’t need more to do. You need to get honest about what’s actually working.

So let’s audit it.

What’s paying you:

  • The clients who decide quickly and don’t drain your soul

  • The offers that feel clean, clear, and profitable

  • The work you’d do again without a dramatic sigh

What’s costing you:

  • The “it’s fine” clients (it’s not fine)

  • The underpriced offers you keep justifying

  • The tasks you should have delegated six months ago

And here’s where it gets a little spicy, if it’s making you money but draining your energy… it’s simply not sustainable. And if it’s draining your energy, it will eventually cost you money. In missed opportunities. In slower growth. In playing smaller because you’re too exhausted to show up fully.

The real flex? Making more while doing less of what depletes you. Not by working harder.

Try this, ask yourself (and be brutally honest):

  • Where am I overworking for what I’m earning?

  • Where am I undercharging for the value I bring?

  • What would I cut immediately if I trusted myself more?

Then do the thing most people won’t:

Pick one!!

  • Raise the price

  • Delegate the task

  • Release the client

  • Refine the offer

Just one? Because clarity doesn’t come from thinking about it. It comes from deciding. You can always pick another one when you’ve got the first one cleaned up.

You’re not here to build a business that pays you and drains you. You’re here to build one that pays you because it’s aligned. So no, we’re not adding more. We’re upgrading what stays.

It’s About Time!
